and the River House Dining Room will be closed from
Friday, February 1 at 2:00 p.m. to noon on Sunday, February

The Conservancy will present “Love Is
In The Air”, a Valentine’s
themed wildlife lecture, on Saturday, February 16, beginning
at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Leslie Ruyle, a wildlife
behavior researcher from the University of Georgia,
will discuss the diversity of mating practices in nature.
This event will be held in lieu of a regular First Friday
lecture in February.

The Security Department’s “Away
From Home” program ensures your Palmetto
Bluff home will be monitored whenever you travel. Simply
fill out an Away From Home form, available at the Main
Gate, and a patrol officer will conduct periodic checks
of your residence while you are away. The form also
alerts Security of arrangements such as newspaper delivery
and activation of alarm and sprinkler systems.
