The Palmetto Bluff Trust (more commonly known as the Property Owners Association) is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service and fulfilling your expectations for property owner facilities and operations. In overseeing all neighborhood associations, security, maintenance, sanitation, postal service, design review services, trails and lakes, we are here to ensure a safe and pristine environment that allows you to fully enjoy all this wonderful place has to offer. Additionally, through our comprehensive communications program, we strive to keep you informed and up to date on all things Palmetto Bluff, from the “nuts and bolts” you will find here in the Property Owners Association section of PB Online, to news on emerging facilities and programs, to a full schedule of events for a wide range of interests. I encourage you to check this site often, as it is intended to serve as your online “newspaper.” We also strive to keep you informed through Tidings, the newsletter that arrives via email at the beginning of each month; and Cornerstones, the newsletter that is mailed quarterly. Did You Know?
The Security Team will conduct periodic checks on your residence while you are away for an extended period of time. Simply fill out an Away From Home Form, which alerts Security of your travel plans and arrangements such as newspaper delivery and activation of alarm and sprinkler systems. The forms are available at the Main Gate.
